FINE Anniversary
By Team vino india
The FINE Ambassadors' & High Commissioners' Table is a unique celebration of world wine that is hosted by FINE Chief Executive Ritu Singhal to celebrate the anniversary of the FINE Wine & Champagne India magazine. This year, the dinner was hosted by FINE at Le Cirque at the Leela Palace New Delhi.
Table
In 2018, the Ambassadors and High Commissioners of 14 wine-producing countries – Australia, Canada, Chile, France (and Champagne), Greece, Hungary, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Serbia, United Kingdom and United States – presented a wine that they had themselves selected to represent their wine regions.

The FINE Ambassadors' & High Commissioners' Table has been an occasion for many countries to present their wines to India for the first time – this year, the British High Commissioner Sir Dominic Asquith presented Chapel Down Bacchus 2016.
The food
These 14 wines were woven into a very elaborate 6 course dinner that was curated by the Leela Executive Chef Adrian. The signature dishes and delicacies of Le Cirque were greatly enjoyed by the privileged FINE guests. Yet another successful celebration – to another one!
