The Ambassadors and High Commissioners of 13 wine-producing regions from around the world – Australia, Canada, Chile, France (and Champagne), Hungary, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Serbia, Spain and United States – presented a wine that they had selected to represent the region, which were managed and served under the watch of FINE Sommelier, Vipul Thakur.
These wines were woven into a very elaborate dinner that was laid out by H.E. Nadir Patel and his wife, Jennifer Graham with Chef Sanjay and the team at the Canadian Residence. The delicacies like Octochaat, Lobster Garam, and Nanaimo bars left the privileged FINE guests craving for an encore – till next year!
